For which destinations is online registration available?

Online check-in is available for all regular flights operated directly by ALROSA Airlines JSC, departing from airports in the Russian Federation.

Do I need to print my boarding pass?

We recommend that you print out your boarding pass after completing online check-in. If you checked in for your flight online but did not print out your boarding pass, you can get it at the check-in counter at the departure airport. At present, the Pulkovo Airport (Saint Petersburg) has launched the project "Mobile Boarding Pass" for passengers flying on domestic flights. A similar service has been launched in Irkutsk: passengers flying out of the Priangarie airport who have checked in for their flight via the app or on the airline's website may not print out their boarding pass, but go straight to the security check area with an electronic document on their smartphone screen. The service is not available to passengers with luggage; they will need to go to the check-in counter to drop off their luggage and receive a paper boarding pass.

Is it possible to check in online for a flight if I am flying with a child under 2 years old (without a separate seat)?

Yes, online check-in is possible, provided that the passengers' tickets were issued in one booking. The child is automatically assigned a seat identical to the adult passenger's seat.

If I checked in online, how long before departure should I arrive at the airport?

If you are flying without baggage (only with hand baggage), you must arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before the flight departure. You do not need to receive a separate tag for hand baggage at the check-in counter. You can proceed directly to the security screening and boarding area. Please take into account possible delays for pre-flight security screening, as well as possible crowds of visitors at the entrance to the airport building at the security checkpoint.

If you are flying with baggage, you must arrive at the airport well in advance of the end of check-in for your flight in order to check it in at the check-in counter. In this case, we would recommend arriving at the airport at least 1.5 hours before your flight departure.

Always arrive at the airport early to allow for additional time to pass through security, passport control and customs.

I can't choose a seat in the cabin, all the seats are already taken.

Your fare may not include free seat selection during online check-in, or free seats available for online check-in have previously been occupied by other passengers. The option to select a seat will be available at the departure airport.

I can't complete online registration. What is the reason?

Please check the following:

  • your flight departs from a Russian airport,

  • there are no more than 24 hours and no less than 3 hours left before departure (on some flights, if technically possible, online check-in may open earlier than 24 hours before departure, but not earlier than 36 hours before departure),

  • the passenger's last name is indicated as in the ticket,

  • the ticket number contains 13 digits and begins with 67A (A in the Latin layout),

  • the flight is operated directly by ALROSA Airlines (the flight is not operated under a code-share agreement, where another airline acts as the actual carrier).

You CANNOT check in for a flight online if you:

  • Have purchased a ticket for a codeshare flight where ALROSA Airlines is not the actual carrier, i.e. the flight is operated by a partner airline,

  • An unaccompanied child,

  • Purchased an air ticket at a subsidized rate on the airline's website,

  • A passenger with disabilities,

  • A passenger transporting pets or birds in the aircraft cabin on a separate seat,

  • A patient on a stretcher or a person accompanying him.

In this case, check-in for the flight is only possible at the departure airport.
