documents (depending on the type of subsidy) in good quality and make sure that the data entered is correct.
All scanned documents are checked. In cases where not all documents or an incorrect document were attached, the ticket will be denied.
Far East Program for Far Eastern Federal District Residents
When booking tickets for this subsidy on the website, you must attach the following:
• for an adult passenger - a scan of the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with a stamp on
registration at the place of residence (a clear, readable image of two pages - with a
photograph, where you can see the full name, series and number of the passport and the page with a mark on
registration). The series and number of the passport must be clearly visible on both pages.
• for a passenger under 14 years of age - a scan of the original
birth certificate, the original document confirming citizenship, as well as a document on registration at the place of residence (original certificate No. 8)
Program for preferential categories of citizens
When issuing tickets, women aged 55 and older, men aged 60 and older
must attach only a scan of the passport (clear, readable image
of the page where the full name, series and number of the passport are indicated)
Regional Transportation Program
Tickets for the Regional Transportation program are issued:
on the website
of ALROSA Airlines, at the airline's ticket offices or accredited agencies
of your
city
on a general basis - identical to the purchase of a standard (non-subsidized)
airline ticket.
