Additional carry-on baggage

ALROSA Airlines reports: now additional carry-on baggage on many routes is available not only on the website and at the departure airport, but also in accredited agencies.

If your carry-on baggage exceeds the free baggage allowance in terms of dimensions, weight or number of pieces, we suggest using the service «Extra carry-on baggage piece». As additional carry-on baggage, you can carry one piece weighing no more than 10 kg and with dimensions no more than 115 cm (55×40×20 cm) in 3 dimensions (length + width + height).

Service cost:
• 1,800 ₽ direct transportation for 1 piece (up to 10 kg), purchase 36 hours before departure.
• 3,600 ₽ transfer transportation for 1 piece (up to 10 kg), purchase 36 hours before departure.

The number of additional carry-on baggage pieces on flights is limited.

The "Additional Carry-on Baggage" service is not available on some types of aircraft.

Please note that in accordance with paragraph 3.5. of the Rules of the service "If it is discovered at the boarding gate at the airport of departure that a passenger is carrying additional carry-on baggage that he has not paid for, such carry-on baggage must be paid for by the passenger at the established rates of the Carrier with a coefficient of 2.0 (i.e. double the amount) of the cost of the Service when it is issued at the check-in counter"; in accordance with paragraph 3.6. Rules of the service "In the event that it is discovered at the destination airport that a passenger is carrying additional carry-on baggage that was not paid for by him before the start of transportation at the departure airport during check-in, such carry-on baggage must be paid for by the passenger at the established rates of the Carrier with a coefficient of 2.0 (i.e. in double the amount)".
