Airmail is a service for prompt delivery of correspondence (documents) to cities within the route network of ALROSA Airlines
In the modern world, document flow between companies is usually established remotely, all necessary papers are signed electronically. However, there are situations when you need to urgently send paper documents from one city in Russia to another. These may be court documents, original certificates and certificates that are not accepted electronically, or paper acts and contracts if the entrepreneur has not set up electronic document flow. If you urgently need to transfer some documents (not prohibited for transportation by law and aviation security rules), you can take the package to the required flight, hand it over to ALROSA Airlines for transportation, and the recipient will be able to pick it up upon arrival of the plane at the destination airport. This is faster, more reliable and safer than sending a parcel by mail, and often faster and cheaper than doing it by courier service.
Shipments are accepted for delivery only to the following destinations within the ALROSA Airlines route network:
Currently, it is not possible to send documents to other destinations within the airline's route network, but we are doing everything possible to expand the geography of document delivery within this service in the near future.

such a request. The service rate is fully refundable; the service fee for
processing the service is non-refundable.

fields in the slip, for which the forwarder’s (or its agent’s) employee is
responsible,

specified in the concluded agreement.
3.11.3. After checking the payment by the sender of the cost of the service
specified in the Forwarding Slip, by the method specified in section 5.4 of
these Rules, by checking the cash receipt, the forwarder's (agent’s) employee
accepts the shipment from the client, carries out (if necessary) a re-check of
the contents for items prohibited for air transportation, performs (if

representatives of the forwarder (or its agents) at the places of delivery (at

representative must fill out the corresponding block "Confirmation of Delivery
of the Shipment" in the Forwarding Slip, indicating the date and time of
receiving the shipment, their surname, and signature, confirming the fact of
receiving the shipment. The presence of the recipient's signature in the
Forwarding Slip means that at the time of signing, the forwarder’s obligations
for delivering the shipment and ensuring its safety were fully met, and the
recipient has no remarks or claims against the forwarder or the external
condition of the issued shipment.
4.3. Refusal of the recipient to confirm the receipt of the shipment with

external condition of the shipment (the shipment is received open or unsealed,
has visible packaging damage, the weight of the shipment significantly differs
from the weight determined upon acceptance), the representative of the

considered fulfilled, and the obligation to store the shipment ceases. The
forwarder has the right to dispose of such a shipment in accordance with the
law. An undelivered shipment can be returned to the sender upon their written
request and after full payment of the return delivery cost. The cost of return

form, in the absence of external packaging damage and with the weight of the
received shipment matching the weight specified in the Forwarding Slip at the
time of its acceptance from the sender at the place of dispatch.

itself.
